• Identity and contact details you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
• Application materials, including your resume or CV and answers to screening questions.
• Interview scheduling details, such as the times you choose and confirmation or cancellation messages.
• SMS consent records, including the mobile number, the time of consent, and technical details such as IP address and browser type.
• Messages you send us, including replies to recruiting texts.
• Information from job boards and applicant systems you use to apply, such as Indeed, when those services send us your application.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Review applications and communicate with you about open roles.
• Send SMS screening questions, interview scheduling messages, confirmations, reminders, and application status updates.
• Honor your choices, including STOP opt-outs.
• Operate, secure, and improve our recruiting tools.
• Meet legal, recordkeeping, and carrier requirements for business texting.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use applicant information for third-party marketing.

Text messages

If you opt in, PMK Logistics LLC may send automated and personal text messages about your job application. Those messages can include screening questions, interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any goods or services. You can also opt in on our SMS consent page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors who help us deliver the messages you requested (such as our text-message provider and the wireless carriers). Those vendors may use that information only to provide the messaging service.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only as needed to run recruiting:

• Service providers that host our systems, send email, deliver text messages, or help schedule interviews, under instructions from us.
• Job boards and applicant tracking tools you used to apply, when we need to keep your application in sync.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and the people we work with.

All other categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep application and message records for as long as we need them to consider your application, manage hiring, and meet legal obligations. We keep opt-out records so we do not text a number that has replied STOP.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to end recruiting texts. Reply HELP for help.
• You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about your application, subject to records we must keep.
• If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Our public pages use essential cookies so forms and sessions work. We do not use those cookies to advertise to you.
